We are proud to present ICC’s Dream Foundation, an initiative that we offer to our amazing employees.
ICC cannot exist as it is without its staff. Our people are the driving force behind the great culture that defines ICC and gives us a true competitive edge in the Toronto condo property management industry. It is because of our team that we are, without question, the premiere management company in the GTA!
Peter Drucker coined a phrase… “Culture Eats Strategy for Breakfast”. This is so true because without culture, we don’t have the ability and teamwork to achieve our goals no matter the strength of our strategies.
We thought long and hard about what we can do to make employees’ experience at ICC better than it was yesterday. To this end, we developed ICC’s Dream Foundation.
What It Is and How It Works
Staff are encouraged to send an email to Steven Christodoulou listing your dream. All dreams will remain 100% confidential unless you choose to disclose it. Dreams will be granted on a random basis and based on many factors. There is no limit on the size and scope of the dream!
This project helps us honour the fact that our staff show up every day to execute our vision and live our core values and is an opportunity for us to give back and make a true and lasting difference in people’s lives.
