ICC Property Management Reaches Industry Leading Heights In The 2015 PROFIT 500

PROFIT magazine has unveiled its 27th annual list of Canada’s Fastest-Growing Companies, and ICC® Property Management has been listed as one of their industry’s leading lights.

Canadian Business and PROFIT magazine today released their rankings of the five hundred fastest growing companies in Canada, in the 27th annual PROFIT 500. This definitive ranking will be published in the October issue of Canadian Business and at PROFITguide.com. It will feature some of Canada’s most successful companies from a wide range of industries. ICC® Property Management, who offers condominium management services throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, has made the list for the 3rd year in a row, this year ranking at number 261.

“The PROFIT 500 represents the highest tier of entrepreneurialism in Canada,” says James Cowan, Editor-in-chief of PROFIT and Canadian Business. “They should be lauded for the positive economic contributions they’ve made to their communities—and the entire country. They are examples of what can be accomplished with innovation, discipline and determination.”

ICC® Property Management are no strangers to praise from within their own industry, with ACMO recognizing ICC® Property Management Ltd. with the Corporate Member of the Year award in 2008 and 2010, and the Remi Network recently placing them in the top ten property management companies both by buildings managed and total number of units.

The PROFIT 500 puts them in a new playing field however, being one of the fastest growing companies of any industry for 3 years in a row. The PROFIT 500 ranks Canadian businesses by their five-year revenue growth, and ICC® has seen a growth of 224 percent throughout this period.

Their success can be attributed to a uniquely personal approach for a business that operates on such a grand scale, the nature of which has been captured in a new eBook by ICC® Property Management Chief Visionary Officer, Steven Christodoulou, offering guidance to property managers everywhere.

Christodoulou explained, “We are absolutely thrilled to see our company represented in the PROPERTY 500 rankings, and we extend our sincere thanks to the team at PROFIT Magazine and Canadian Business, who continue to do great work in supporting the future of Canadian business. I would also like to thank our passionate and committed team, from the front lines to our boards of directors, for helping us get to where we are today. I hope they are excited to see our ranking improve next time through continued commitment to excellence.”
