About Property Maintenance company
ICC Property Maintenance was established in 2016 out of necessity to provide quality, guaranteed service at lower costs for our client condominiums. From minor repairs to major construction, we have partnered with skilled trades that work exclusively for ICC Property Maintenance ensuring that work is done well, on time and at reduced costs.
Small repairs are done on a time and material basis with no minimum or truck charges. Any other repairs are quoted on in the normal course. We don’t replace current trades, just offer a solid alternative.
