Over the past year, we’ve had an opportunity to reflect on our past accomplishments and failures and set our specific goals for 2020. We are excited to share our key initiatives for this year – Relationships – Process – Compliance – Efficiencies. We take pride in being leaders in the industry with a solution oriented, initiative-driven focus at ICC. With this in mind, and to continue with our strategic plan for growth and customer service, there comes the need for strong leadership and innovation to implement our initiatives.
ICC Property Management Ltd., Ontario’s premier condominium management company, has named Terry Godier, Senior Compliance and Strategy Officer. Godier will be responsible for new innovations and strategies that will enable ICC to continue to lead the industry in customer service and employee focus, ensuring customer retention and strategic growth.
Terry’s entire career has been in the service or “people” business. Most recently, Terry was VP – Finance at a competing property management company for about 4 years. Before that he had a lengthy career at one of Canada’s largest physical security companies, holding the position of VP – Country Controller. Terry has a comprehensive accounting and administrative background and has held quite a variety of positions.
“In order to take the next step with our goals and initiatives we needed to find the missing pieces of the puzzle which we found in Terry Godier,” said Judy Statham, President of ICC Property Management Ltd.
ICC Property Management Ltd. is equally as proud to name Brian Dos Santos, General Manager. Dos Santos will be responsible for overseeing all field operations, quality control and customer service to ensure that ICC continues to be a leader in the condominium management industry.
Dos Santos has been proudly involved in condominium property management for over thirty-two years. The last fifteen years of his career has been in executive leadership roles in the condominium industry. Brian’s hands-on, open door policy approach allows him to continually support managers and team members; helping them meet and exceed their goals.
“We are thrilled to have an accomplished leader like Brian join our team,” said Steven Christodoulou, Chief Visionary Officer of ICC Property Management. “In the past few years, we have grown considerably in Southern Ontario. Brian’s proven record with large organizations; his leadership style and strategic skills align well with our objectives and core values.”
Statham also notes that “we are fortunate to have someone with Brian’s experience in growth-oriented businesses and his extensive customer service background.”
